1. ACCOUNTS

1.1. Your account is intended for your sole personal use only and shall not be used for any professional, business, or commercial purpose. You shall not allow any third party (including a relative) to use your account, password, or identity to access or use the Services and you shall be fully responsible for any activities undertaken on your account by a third party. You shall not reveal your account username or password to any person, hence you shall take all steps to ensure that such details are not revealed to any person.

1.2. You shall inform us immediately if you suspect that your account is being misused by a third party and/or any third party has access to your account username or password so that we may investigate such matter, and you will cooperate with us, upon request, in the course of such investigation.

1.3. You acknowledge that it is strictly forbidden for a user to sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts to/from another user or transfer funds from their Account to another Player's Account.

1.4. We take no responsibility for any third-party access to your account. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of misuse of your password by any person or for any unauthorized access to your account and all transactions where your username and password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid, whether or not authorized by you.

1.5. Monies held on your account shall not attract any interest. The Company may, at any time, set off any positive balances on your account against any amount owed by you to us.

1.6. You are allowed to have only one (1) account. Only one account for each household, IP, and PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting support by email. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your account being blocked for access.

1.7. An inactive account is one that a player has not logged into for 180 consecutive days. If your account is deemed inactive, we reserve the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 10% of the account balance as long as the balance of your account remains positive.

1.8. By using our services, you authorize us to deduct this fee from your account at the beginning of the month following the day on which your account is deemed inactive, and at the beginning of every subsequent month that your account remains inactive. We will cease deducting the fee if the account balance reaches zero or if the account is reactivated.

1.9. You may close your account by contacting us via support@aslan-casino.com. We will return any and all funds from your account. The method of repayment will be chosen at the sole discretion of the Company.

1.10. To ensure anti-fraud measures, prevent money laundering, and detect the financing of terrorism and abuse on the part of the User, we reserve the right to verify your identity during the account closure process. We are entitled to request updated documents from you, confirmation of the source of funds, and self-verification with your updated documents, even if you have passed verification in the past.

1.11. If the user becomes aware of any possible errors in the software, they agree to refrain from exploiting them. Furthermore, the user agrees to promptly report any errors or deficiencies to us. Failure by the user to fulfill the obligations outlined in this clause grants us the right to seek full compensation for all costs related to the error or deficiency, including any costs incurred due to the error and the user's failure to notify us.

2. PAYOUTS (WITHDRAWAL)

2.1. You may withdraw your real money deposits and winnings held in your account at any time provided that:

  • you have fulfilled all the needed account information with correct and accurate information;
  • you have confirmed your phone number and email address;
  • we have completed any verification to our reasonable satisfaction as per the Terms and conditions and KYC policy or other supporting documents. Where we have requested information from you to carry out these checks, any delay in providing this information may cause an additional delay when withdrawing funds;
  • there is currently no ongoing investigation where we have reasonable grounds to believe you may have engaged in any illegal or prohibited acts that could entitle us to withhold funds under the Terms and conditions; and

2.3. We do our best to process your withdrawals as quickly as possible. The time for a withdrawal request to be finalized may vary due to different circumstances, namely additional checks, however, a withdrawal attempt should be validated or denied as fast as possible. The procedure may take from 1 to 14 days.

2.4. The time for transferring to you the full amount of winning may vary depending on the amount of withdrawal:

  • the amounts up to \$1000 are paid within 3 business days;
  • the amounts of \$1001 to \$3000 are paid within 14 business days after the casino receives an official withdrawal request;
  • the amounts over \$3001 are paid within 21 business days, starting from the withdrawal request validation.

2.5. Please contact our Support team in order to calculate the precise term for your withdrawal.

2.6. We reserve the right to carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of 2,000$. We further reserve the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of lower payouts and when effecting deposits into your account.

2.7. To make a withdrawal you must play through your active deposited amounts at least once before the withdrawal. This procedure is in line with AML practices.

2.8. Whenever possible, the Company shall pay your withdrawals by using the same method you used to make your deposits. Withdrawal and deposit payments may only be made in the name and to the registered account holder.

2.9. We will only instruct payments to be made to accounts with which you have deposited. All withdrawal requests to another account will be approved at the discretion of the Company, which reserves the right to reject such a request without explaining the reason subject to this policy or Terms and conditions.

2.10. Fee charges for withdrawals will be debited directly from the user's account depending on the withdrawal method used. These fees may be dependent on factors such as the currency used in the account, or the user's place of residence. Notwithstanding the above, it is possible that your bank or the payment solution that you use charges your account for transaction fees. Such fees are not dependent on us and we do not assume any responsibility for them.

2.11. The user is obliged to provide the Company with the requested documents and information within two days (48 hours) after confirming the withdrawal process by sending the email. The withdrawal process will be rescinded in case the user will not provide the requested items in a timely fashion.

2.12. Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7. Each user is limited to 5 withdrawal requests per twenty-four hours.

2.13. The withdrawal minimum and maximum amounts vary depending on the chosen payment method. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, it will be withdrawn in installments. Additionally, if your winnings exceed 20,000$, we reserve the right to distribute the payout in monthly installments of up to 20,000$ until the full amount is paid out.

3. BONUSES

3.1. All users of the Services shall be entitled only to one welcome bonus. The welcome bonus may contain several different bonuses.

3.2. Bonuses can be credited to the player’s account as part of a marketing campaign.

3.3. Bonus is always granted by the Company and has the status of a gift. The user has no legal claim to awarding a bonus, the Company solely determines who is eligible for bonuses according to the terms and conditions of the bonus scheme.

3.4. The term "Bonus wager" indicates the number of bets that the user must place in order to transfer the amount from Bonus Funds to Real Funds.

3.5. The Bonus wager is presented as a multiplier (Wager) to the amount of a Bonus. Wager x20 means that at least 20 bets should be made for the amount of the Bonus. For example, if a user made a deposit in the amount of \$100 and received a 100% bonus of \$100 with a wager of 20, then for wagering the user must place bets in the amount of 100 * 20 = \$2000. After fulfilling this requirement, funds from the bonus balance will be automatically transferred to the user's account.

3.6. The User has full control over their account and is entitled to check the Wager status of the bonuses on the progress bar in the game window at any time.

3.8. Subject to these Terms, one user can have several bonuses at a time.

3.9. Each bonus has a limitation for transferring from the bonus to the main balance. The maximum amount of transfer to the real balance is specified in the description of each bonus.

3.10. Your bonus wager will be voided if your balance is lower than \$0.1.

3.11. The limiting amounts are summed up when several bonuses are received with a limitation of the maximum withdrawal amount from the bonus to the main balance as per the example below:
